Smothered Smores Cookies
When I was in late elementary school, our church took the boys camping for a weekend and they took the girls on a shopping and relaxing retreat. I envied this because I had never made smores before. As we got home that late Sunday evening my brother shared his smores stories and could see how I was sad that I didn't get to experience the same thing. The next weekend we made smores in our kitchen, making sure that all my smores dreams and desires were fulfilled. I dedicate the Smore Cookies to my loving brother Alvin.

Chocolate Pie Cookie
Every Christmas I would be excited to spend it at my grandma's house knowing she would have a fresh chocolate pie waiting for us. In my adulthood I had mastered making her recipe, however I knew that I eventually wanted to make it my own. Thank you to my grandmother for always believing in me and continuing to support me in whatever I choose to do.

Pecan Pie Thumbprints
In the backyard of my childhood home there was one HUGE pecan tree. When I say huge, I mean huge!!!! I couldn't start this business without some sort of pecan treat.

Cookies N Cream Goodness
My favorite ice cream, cookie, cake, or even all of the above is cookies and cream! This treat exposes the richness of the cookie and the smooth creaminess of the cream.
